Mission of the Counseling Department
The Counseling Program at Bahrain Bayan School supports the holistic development of every student. Through a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate K–12 program, our counselors promote academic success, social-emotional wellbeing, and healthy decision-making. Our mission is to equip students with the skills, mindsets, and support they need to navigate school and life with confidence, resilience, and care for themselves and their community.
Our Counseling Program supports students in their academic, social, and emotional growth from Grade 1 through Grade 12. Counselors work closely with teachers and families to make sure every child feels safe, supported, and able to do their best in school.
We focus on four main areas:
Guidance & Wellbeing Lessons
Individual and Small-Group Support
Schoolwide Support & Community Programs
